Correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for the product once it has shipped.
Please allow 3-5 business days for any given order to be processed, with the acceptance of 1-2 additional business days during high-volume sales periods (new releases). Orders are processed chronologically as they are received.Â

Tracked shipping can be chosen at checkout for an additional price before finalizing your order. The tracking number will be sent to your email once the parcel has been fulfilled.
