All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. For all orders please ensure you have the correct mailing address. We are not responsible for packages that end up at the wrong location provided to us by the customer.
Q: What is the quality of the stickers?
All stickers are made with the highest of quality vinyls. They are UV rated and completely waterproof that can last many years while being exposed to high amounts of sun, rain and snow.
Q: How do I apply a lasercut or sticker?
Flip tip: To get the vinyl apart from the backing, simply flip the vinyl over so that the letters are now facing down with the back of the liner face up. Slowly peel the liner while having pressure on the back of the sticker. Sometimes small pieces wont attach to the transfer paper, to fix this put pressure back down on the sticker and peel that part again.
- Clean the area thoroughly with soap and water. Do not use a glass cleaner because it will leave a residue behind that will prevent the sticker from adhering well.
- Rub a squeegee or credit card firmly across the sticker through the clear transfer tape to prepare it for application. This ensures the sticker will cling to the transfer tape and removes any air bubbles that may have formed.
- Peel the white paper backing off the sticker. If the sticker clings to the backing, slowly replace the paper backing and repeat Step 2.
- Slowly lower the sticker onto the surface and rub it in place firmly with the squeegee or credit card.
- Slowly peel the clear transfer tape off at an angle. Be careful not to pull the sticker off the surface. If sticker pulls away from the surface repeat Step 4.
Q: How does your apparel fit?
Our clothing is made locally in Canada with standard North American fitting sizes.
Q: What is the recommended washing instructions?
Machine wash warm, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low and hang dry.
Q: What are your shipping terms and conditions?
We not responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstance. The buyer is accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for the product once it has shipped.
Q: When will my order ship?
Please allow 4- 5 business days for orders to process and for arrival as following:
- Canada: 3- 5 business days
- USA: 7- 10 business days
- International: 14- 20 business days
You will be sent an email confirmation when your parcel has shipped out.
Q: Does my order come with tracking?
A tracking number will be sent to your email once the parcel has shipped. Smaller items such as stickers and hard goods are shipped via regular air mail so we cannot offer tracking.
Q: What happens if my item gets damaged during shipping?
Please send us an email with the order number + photo and we will get a replacement sent out to you.
Q: Paypal is having issues?
Due to paypal being a third party app, we cannot fix any issues or delays regarding this.
Q: What payment do you accept?
We accept Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Paypal, Shop Pay and Visa. You agree to pay the price for the merchandise in your order and the delivery fees for the shipping service you select.
