All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase. For all orders, please ensure you have the correct mailing address. We are not responsible for packages that end up at the wrong location provided to us by the customer. Prices are displayed in United States Dollars.

Q: What is the quality of the stickers?
All stickers are made with the highest of quality vinyl. They are UV rated and completely waterproof, which can last many years while exposed to high amounts of sun, rain, and snow.

Q: What are your shipping terms and conditions?
We are not responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstance. The buyer is accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and other fees collected from the destination country. Correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for the product once it has shipped.

Q: When will my order ship?
Please allow 3-5 business days for any given order to be processed, with the acceptance of 1-2 additional business days during high-volume sales periods (new releases). Orders are processed chronologically as they are received. 

Arrival to follow:

  • Canada: 9-11 business days
  • USA: 15-17 business days
  • International: 23-25 business days

You will be sent an email confirmation when your parcel has shipped out.

Q: Does my order come with tracking?
Tracked shipping can be chosen at checkout for an additional price before finalizing your order. The tracking number will be sent to your email once the parcel has been fulfilled.

Q: What happens if my item gets damaged during shipping?
Please send us an email with the order number + photo, and we will get a replacement sent out to you.

Q: Paypal is having issues?
Due to PayPal being a third-party app, we cannot fix any issues or delays regarding this.

Q: What payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Paypal, Shop Pay, and Visa. You agree to pay the price for the merchandise in your order and the delivery fees for the selected shipping service. 

Q: How do I get featured on your Instagram page?
Please email us your best photos and your Instagram handle for a chance to be featured on our social media platforms. Use our hashtags #SOSCARE #soscaresocialclub.

Q: Can my business re-sell your products?
Yes! Please get in touch with us through email for wholesale inquiries. A sell sheet can be provided.
